Daniel J. Schuette, age 44, of Lisle, IL, passed away, Thursday, January 6, 2022. He was born October 9, 1977 in Oak Lawn, IL to Dennis & Marian Schuette.
Daniel worked as the Building Superintendent for the B. R. Ryall YMCA for many years before becoming a stay-at-home father for his beloved children. Daniel was a natural handy-man and problem solver. He enjoyed tinkering with computers and building Cub Scout Pinewood Derby Cars with his sons. He spent his free time watching cartoons with his daughter and playing online computer games. He liked Space Engineers and other games with survival themes.
He is survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Rachel; their children Nicholas, Benjamin & Alexandra Schuette; his mother Marian Schuette; siblings Brian Kaval, Timothy Schuette & Marissa Aragon; mother & father-in-law Janice & William Leise; sister-in-law Karen (Jimmy) Bidus, grandmother-in-law Evelyn Leise and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Dennis Schuette; grandparents Fred (Josephine) Dillenburg and John (Helen) Schuette; sister-in-law Tessie McQueen-Schuette and two unborn children.
A visitation will be held Friday, January 14, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at
Hultgren Funeral Home
