Cynthia Peebler, age 65, a resident of Wheaton, IL, passed away in her sleep on Tuesday, August 2, 2016. She was born in Ames, Iowa on May 24, 1951.

Cindy was a nurses aid at the DuPage County Convalescent Center for 25 years. After retiring, she lived with and took care of her parents. She loved cats, nature and photography. She was known for her generosity and kind-heartedness.

She is survived by her sister, Lezli (Tom) Rogers of San Diego, CA; her brother, Ralph (Michelle) Peebler of Ramona, CA; her niece, Jessica (Mike) Millar of Littleton, CO, and their children Amelia and Grayson, and her niece, Vanessa (Cody) Green of Ramona, CA, who are expecting their first child next February.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Rosalie Peebler, nee Van Dyke; her father, Ralph Peebler; and her brother, Steven Peebler.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 8, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., in Wheaton, IL with Rev. Dr. David Handley officiating. Interment will follow at Wheaton Cemetery.
