Cindy W. Chong's Obituary
Cindy W. Chong, age 39, a resident of Wheaton, IL died Thursday, June 7, 2012. She passed away at the home of her sister in Austin, TX. She was born January 10, 1973 in Singapore.
Cindy is survived by her mother, Catherine S. Chong, M.D.; and her siblings, Paul Chong, M.D., Sarah & Joshua Tao, M.D., David Chong, M.D., and Karen & Christopher Lee, M.D.
She was preceded in death by her father Andrew K. Chong, M.D.
A memorial service will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, June 11, 2012 at College Church in Wheaton. The family will visit with guests in the moments following the service. Private interment will be held at Wheaton Cemetery.
Memorial gifts may be directed to the STARS ministry at College Church: 332 E. Seminary Ave., Wheaton, IL 60187.
