Charles F. Lytle, age 78, a resident of Carol Stream, died Sunday May 25 at Alden Valley Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. He worked for the Lombard School District. He served honorably in the United States Army. He was an active member of the Wheaton VFW for a number of years. He enjoyed fishing, garage sales and collecting a variety of memorabilia.

He is survived by his daughter Linda Lytle, brother Dave Lytle, and sister Joan Quinn.

He was preceded in death by his brother Larry Lytle.

A visitation will be held Wed May 28 5:00-7:00 PM at Hultgren Funeral Home 304 N. Street Wheaton, with the funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM.

Interment will be held privately at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
