Catherine V. Jurkowski, age 45, a resident of Wheaton, IL, died Monday, April 15, 2013, at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, IL. She was born January 23, 1968 in Chicago, IL.

Katii was a loving mother, devoted wife, and a devout Catholic active in pro-life. She established her own business helping others with their computers and home networks. She also worked as an IT professional at Navistar.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Jurkowski; her seven children, Victoria, Gwendolyn, Maximilian, Elizabeth, Stephanie, Beatrice and Amelia; her parents, George and Kristin Kocan; six siblings, Magdalena (Tom), Joseph (Rosie), Paul (Jen), Theresa, Renata (Bret), and Christopher; and 20 nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2013 from 4-8 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St, in Wheaton, IL where prayers will be said on Friday, April 19, 2013 at 10:15 a.m., followed by a memorial Mass to be held at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mark Catholic Church, 300 E. Cole Ave. in Wheaton, IL. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery in Wheaton, IL.

This works well if you are coming from the south: Head north off of Roosevelt Road onto President Street. Take President Street to College Avenue and head west until you get to the funeral home.

Coming from the North you can take County Farm Road south until you get to Geneva Road. Take that east until you get to President Street. Take that south until you get to College Avenue. Take College Avenue west until you get to the funeral home.
