Carol A. Tischer, age 91, died June 14, 2019, at the Wyndemere Senior Living Community in Wheaton, Illinois. She was born August 9, 1927 in Chicago, Illinois.

Carol was the dear wife of the late Irvin Tischer. She is survived by her step-sons Fred and John Tischer and granddaughter Sarah. She is also survived by many loving cousins including, Royal (Carol) Britton, Janice (the late Percy) Olson, Richard (Judy) Britton, Sr. and many Schultz family cousins. She was an avid equestrian who loved animals and won multiple competitions showing Cairn Terriers. She was a proud 40 year employee of People's Gas.

A visitation will be held, Saturday, June 22, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., Wheaton, Illinois. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
