Carmella M. DeLeo, age 96, a resident of Winfield, IL, died Friday, February 1, 2019, at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, Illinois. She was born August 1, 1922 in Chicago, IL.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., in Wheaton, IL. Prayers will be said at the funeral home on the following morning, Thursday, February 7, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. A funeral Mass will then follow at St. Michael Catholic Church, 310 S. Wheaton Ave., in Wheaton at 10:00 a.m. Interment will then follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside, Illinois.

To everyone that loved our Mom:

One of the biggest fears that most people have is being forgotten. My Mom was not different in this fear. Please remember her and pray for her in four areas of your life that were important to her:

1) Remember her when you clean. We know that she was a master cleaner.

2) Remember her when you decorate for Christmas. Any one who saw her displays will agree that she went above and beyond expectations.

3) Remember her when you pray. Her rosary was always close at hand.

4) Remember her when you give advice. Some of hers was hard to hear but usually right.

If we do this she will be remembered and prayed for each day.
