C. Herbert Mueller, age 96, a resident of Wheaton, IL, passed away in his sleep on Thursday, October 17, 2024.  He was born October 16, 1928 in Chicago to Carl Julius & Mollie Mueller.

Herb loved his wife Marion. Whether it was US National Parks or Europe, they enjoyed traveling together. He was an avid gardener and active in his community.  He enjoyed reading, exercise, and fitness. Herb and his wife spent regular time with their church group. He served the country in the Korean War. He graduated from Bradley University (TKE). Herb was loved by his family and all who met him.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Marion; his children Karen (Jim) Rock & Christopher (Mary Jane) Mueller; his granddaughter Lily Rock.

He was preceded in death by his sister Lorie Dinnsen.
