Bradley R. Kawell, age 59, a resident of Lake in the Hills, IL, died June 21, 2021. He was born August 7, 1961 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Henry & Mary Kawell.

Bradley had a wonderful childhood in Rockford, Illinois with his siblings. He traveled to various places for his father's work at TWA. Bradley absolutely loved sports, from the day that he could walk. He played baseball from youth all the way through college years. Bradley went to Northern Illinois University on a full scholarship for baseball and continued to play at Illinois State University. He holds various baseball records at NIU and Illinois State University. Brad loved to play golf with his brother and friends. He was a man who loved the outdoors, doing yard work, planting, loved everything about nature. Bradley was a history and sports buff; he could tell you any event that ever happened. Bradley was a wonderful, dedicated husband, who met his high school sweetheart in 1979 at Rockford West High School. He later married the love of his life in 1983. Bradley's dream was to have two daughters and he was blessed to have two beautiful blonde hair, blue-eyed girls. Bradley was an amazing father, who did everything for his daughters. Bradley was a father and husband that would do anything for his family. He was a father that his daughters were blessed to call their "Dad." Bradley had done special things with his daughters. Natalie shared the love of watching sports with her father till late hours, western movies with John Wayne & Clint Eastwood, and doing kung-foo moves while watching Bruce Lee. Casey shared the love of watching action and Sci-Fi movies with her father, playing trivia games, and adventuring with trying new foods. Bradley enjoyed passing his athletic abilities to his daughters when watching them utilize those skills on the softball fields. Bradley was immensely proud of his daughters with all of there accomplishments, awards, graduations, and watching them achieve their dreams. Brad enjoyed taking his family on many vacations. Their favorite spot to travel to was Cancun, Mexico as to this was his and his wife's honeymoon spot. Bradley enjoyed the summertime the most, the oceans, palm trees and tropical atmosphere. Bradley was loved by many people for his constant happiness, unconditional love, and smile that would light up a room. Thank you to all of those who constantly prayed for Brad and were there for him and his family. Bradley was a true blessing to his family, wife, and daughters.
