Bonnie (Egeland) Brosh, age 74 , a resident of St. Charles, IL, died July 9, 2022, at Cedar Lake Memory Care in Lake Zurich, Illinois.  She was born February 8, 1948 in Oak Park, IL.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband Nick Brosh and sister Nancy Staniels. Their family likes to think of Nick and Bonnie back together cruising around in their old cars or swimming together in the pool. Bonnie spent most of her adult life in the important role of homemaker, who cared for her family and their home.

Bonnie is survived by her children Jennifer, and Steven (Nikki) Brosh; her grandsons Leo and Parker Brosh; her brothers Dean and Dale (Butch) Egeland; and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

A visitation will be held Thursday, July 14, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., Wheaton, IL 60187. The service will directly follow the visitation and begin at 11:00 a.m.  Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Gardens West in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.

Memorial gifts may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association to continue to support finding a cure for Alzheimer's and Dementia or to the Northern Illinois Special Recreation Association to support Jenny's participation in social activities, as her mom Bonnie would have to loved to see Jenny involved in.
