Bob Bredemeier, age 55, a resident of Wheaton, died Sunday, December 20 a one and half year struggle with illness.

He was born on December 11, 1954 to Robert and Joyce Bredemeier in Marshall Minnesota.

Bob was a deeply committed Christian. He loved his church where he served over the years as a deacon and usher, as well as, in the children's and Stephen ministries. An avid sports enthusiast, he loved golf, jogging and bicycling.

He is survived by his wife, Penny, a son, Joshua Robert Bredemeier, and a daughter, Jennifer Nicole Bredemeier, two sisters, Patti (William) Marrin of Bloomingdale MN and Mary (Allen) Hildebrandt of St Peter MN and one brother, Roger (Jodi) Bredemeier

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 23 at 10 a.m. with a funeral service immediately following at 11 a.m. All services wiil be held at College Church of Wheaton, 332 E. Seminary, Wheaton IL. Interment will be private.
