Bill Bruenning's Obituary
Bill Bruenning, age 70, a resident of Winfield, IL, died August 20, 2013, at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, IL. He was born March 19, 1943 in McHenry, IL.
Bill was a hard worker and worked for Reserve Electric Supply in Glen Ellyn, IL for over 40 years. He was a sports enthusiast and loved the Cubs, the Blackhawks, fishing and gardening.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Lynn Bruenning; three children, Joseph (Anita) Bruenning of Streamwood, IL, William Bruenning II of Winfield, IL and Jennifer Bruenning of Winfield, IL; two grandsons, Eric and Kyle; a great-granddaughter, Eva; seven siblings; and two dogs, Zeke and Ziva.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Bruenning; his parents; and a beloved family dog, Duchess.
A visitation will be held August 23, 2013 from 4-8 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St, in Wheaton, IL where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Gardens West in Oakbrook Terrace, IL.
In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be directed to the family.
