Obituary
Beverly "Sissy" J. Lietzow, age 75, a resident of Carol Stream, died Friday, June 29, at the Du Page Convalescent Center in Wheaton. She was born on January 6, 1932 in Chicago to William and Estelle Muscia.
For many years she lived in Chicago near Addison and Western. She loved to bowl and entertain friends.
She is survived her children, Cheryl "Minnie" (Art) Sotelo of Carol Stream and William "Georgie" (Joyce) Lietzow of Winfield, five grandchildren, Lisa and Lexi Sotelo, Billy Lietzow, and Chris and Amanda Groppi, and one sister, Carolyn Eisenbeis of Carol Stream, and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William in 1978, one daughter, her parents and her brother Frank.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 2, from 3 until 9 p.m. at the Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St. in Wheaton, where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 3 at 10 a.m.
Interment will follow at Irving Park Cemetery in Chicago.
Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society, 1801 S. Meyers Rd., Ste. #100, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181.
