Beverly M. Johnson, age 78, a resident of South Elgin, IL, and formerly of Glen Ellyn, IL, passed away peacefully and went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, February 20, 2018, at White Oaks Assisted Living. She was born June 6, 1939 in Oak Park, IL.

Beverly was a wonderful mother to her three children and grandmother to her seven grandchildren. She was an active member of First Baptist Church of Wheaton for over 40 years. More than anything she loved spending her time with family and friends.

She is survived by three children, Kevin Johnson of Glen Ellyn, IL, Keith (Tyra) Johnson of St. Charles, IL and Karen (Clay) Anderson of Wheaton, IL; and seven grandchildren, Kyra, Caleb and Jaeden Johnson, and Avery, Garrett, Asher and Quinn Anderson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Vera Jensen.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2018 from 2:30 p.m. until the start of a funeral service to be held at 3:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Wheaton, 1310 N. Main St., in Wheaton, IL. Interment will be private at Mt. Emblem Cemetery in Elmhurst, IL.
