Beverly Chapman , age 97, a resident of Carol Stream, IL, died March 20, 2025, at Windsor Park.  She was born October 14, 1927 in Richmond, IN to Delbert and Melvine Chapman.

Beverly was passionate about education and devoted her life to developing young minds. After graduating Wheaton College, she began teaching and taught for over 30 years. In 1984, she ended her career as an assistant principal. Beverly loved to travel. Many of her summers where spent traveling through Europe with her best friend, Jan. Through all her adventures, her favorite place was her lake house in Eagle River, Wisconsin.

She is survived by her brothers, William (Deanna) Johnstone, and James Johnstone and sister, Margaret Khadivian, and seven nieces, Pamela, Brenda, Rhonda, Kathryn, Virginia, Jennifer, and Cynthia.

Services for Beverly will be held privately.
