Barbara Jean Gregory (nee Ginsburg), age 62, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on the 10th of December, 2015, in Kingwood, Texas. Barbara was born on the 3rd of August 1953, in Chicago, Illinois.

Barbara attended Beachwood High School in Beachwood, Ohio, and went to college at The Ohio State University . Barbara served as a Vice President for The Jacobson Group, where she worked for eighteen years. Barbara enjoyed live theatre performances, loved vacationing, and was passionate about cooking for family and friends. She always made sure not to let anyone leave her home hungry.

She adored her family - spending time with her children and grandchildren warmed her heart. Her beautiful smile and laugh were always full of life. Barbara will be remembered by her family and friends as a genuine, loving, and caring person, one of the most generous women to all whose lives she touched.

Barbara is survived by her loving husband and best friend of 40 years, Darrell Gregory, two sons, Chad (Married to Beth) of Sycamore, Illinois, and Brian (Married to Candace) of Plainfield, Illinois; grandchildren Evelyn and Nolan; sisters Nancy Smith and Karen MacAdam, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas H. Ginsburg and Marilyn Ginsburg.

Friends are cordially invited to attend and remember Barbara at Hultgren Funeral Home at 304 North Main Street in Wheaton, Illinois. Public visitation is on Sunday, January 17 from 2pm to 4pm, with a memorial service to immediately follow. Interment is private.
