Barbara J. Borchers, beloved aunt, sister-in-law, colleague and friend, passed away on October 11, 2020 in Naperville, IL. She was born October 23, 1934 and lived her early life in Danforth, IL. She graduated from Gilman High School 1952. Following nursing school in Kankakee, IL, she moved to Chicago and settled in the western suburbs.

She lived her life of helping others through her career as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, her service as deaconess and volunteer at the Compass Church and as the family medical go-to person.

She is survived by niece Dana (Paul) Grosse, sister-in-law, Sharon Borchers. Grand nieces and nephews- Sara, Amelia, and Joshua Grosse and Zachary (Kristin) Borchers and Dakota (Kara) Borchers and great-grand nephew and niece Bridon and London Borchers.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leslie and Tracy (Koets) Borchers, brother Byron Borchers, nephew Vaughn Borchers and his wife Julie (Pool) Borchers & many cousins.

She will be deeply missed by those who knew her.
