Baby Azaylie De Lara - Antunez, was called by God on December 26, 2023, at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, Illinois.

She is survived by her parents Sergio and Vanessa, and her loving grandparents, Misael and Yolanda Antunez.

A visitation will be held December 30, 2023 from 8:00am until the time of service at 10:00am at Hultgren Funeral Home, 565 Randy Road, Carol Stream. Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery in Wheaton, Illinois.
