Anthony Joseph Loss, age 33, a resident of Chicago, passed away suddenly on Saturday, March 28, 2026. He was born August 24, 1992 in Elk Grove Village, IL to Ed & Gail Loss.

Anthony grew up in Roselle, IL. and attended Trinity Lutheran grammar school there and then went on to attend and graduate high school at ICCP in Elmhurst IL. He was an accomplished Basketball player during his time there and earned first team all-conference honors along with honorable mention all-state. He then went on to attend IIT college in Chicago where he also played Basketball and was their leading scorer. He later received his M.B.A. from Dominican University. Anthony worked in the IT field where he was well respected and was an AWS cloud specialist. He earned many certifications in that field and was currently working as a director of AI. He loved funny movies and time spent with family especially all his cousins. He will be missed by everyone but we truly believe he is up in heaven now with his grandma and grandpa’s and the rest of his family with a big smile on his face and loving it!!

He is survived by his parents Edward & Gail Loss; his sister Natalie (Kelvin) Mannette; and his nephew Kelvin Jr. Also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Gospelife Church, 1N100 Gary Ave., Carol Stream, IL 60188, where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Emblem Cemetery in Elmhurst, IL.
