Ann Clark Little, age 90, a resident of Wheaton, IL, died January 12, 2017. She was born August 13, 1926 in Frostburg, MD.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 67 years, Randel Q. Little, Jr.; her children, Beth Milliken (Greg), Patty Rowland (Phil), and Susan Graham (Gary) ; her grandchildren, Nathan Milliken (Ivette), Paul Milliken (Steven Cooper), Bradley Graham (Justine), Kevin Graham (Sarah), and Tricia Van Baren (Ryan); great grandchildren, Mia Milliken, Ethan Milliken, Mina Graham, and Silas Graham; and her sister, Margaret Clark Bowdler.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James C. Clark and Margaret Snow Clark and daughter, Mary Margaret Little.

Ann was a lifelong Presbyterian and a member of Hope Presbyterian Church for the past 42 years. She was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society upon her graduation at Westhampton College of the University of Richmond, Virginia in 1948. Her "love of learning as a guide for life" (the Phi Beta Kappa motto) was evident in her lifelong pursuit of intellectual and cultural endeavors. These included completing a 4-year non-degree program at the University of Chicago studying world history, philosophy, religion, and literature, being an active participant in the Chicago Chapter of Phi Beta Kappa, and being a longtime series subscriber to the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, the Lyric Opera and the Chicago Shakespeare Theatre. Her love of reading, poetry, music and travel inspired her husband, children and grandchildren.

She was the embodiment of beauty and grace to all who knew and loved her. She will be greatly missed.

A private family memorial will be held in Virginia.
