Ann M. Fagan, nee Pucci, age 95, a resident of Carol Stream, IL, died Monday, November 16, 2015, at Wood Glen Pavilion in West Chicago, IL. She was born May 30, 1920 in Chicago to Leonard and Concetta Pucci.

Ann married Mannie Fagan in 1950. They raised their family in Hillside, IL, where she was a parishioner at St. Domitilla Church. She was a homemaker and was known as a friendly Avon Lady. She enjoyed international travel with her husband and her niece. Most of all, she valued the love of her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Hope Schultz, nee Fagan, her son, Douglas R. Fagan and her grandson, Ryan Christopher Schultz. She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Mannie in 1995, her sisters, Mildred and Rose and her brothers, George, Nick and Louis.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 from 3:00 p.m. until the start of a service at 6:00 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., in Wheaton, IL. Interment will be private at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside, IL.
