Angel Cudal Luis, 76, a resident of Carol Stream, peacefully died on Sunday, December 17, 2017 at home. He was born in Aparri, Philippines on October 9, 1941 to Eustaqio Luis and Sylvestra Cudal.

Angel worked as a machine operator for Core Pipe, Inc. in Carol Stream for many years. Angel was devoted to his family. His hobbies were carpentry and gardening. He made birdhouses and planted vegetables and flowers. He could not resist a game of Mahjong with friends and family. He cooked Filipino dishes to everyone, who came home.

Angel was quiet, thoughtful, patient and gentle. For him, his life was his family and in the end, he was very proud.

He is survived by Corazon (wife), Mona and Carmen (daughters), David, Angelo, and Antonio (sons). In addition, he has a sister, Neria Eco. Lastly, he has Calvin, John, Zachary, and Jackson (grandsons).

Angel was preceded in death by June Emily (daughter), and FredisMinda, Guadalupe, and Celso (siblings).

The funeral service will be held at St. Luke Parish in Carol Stream, on Friday December 22 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Danilo Soriano officiating.
