Andy Jamieson, age 45, a resident of Wheaton passed away February 1, 2021. He was born April 2, 1975 in Winfield, Illinois to Dennis & Ellen Jamieson

Andy grew up in Wheaton and graduated from Wheaton North High School in 1993. After some college courses, he entered the work force as a carpenter. He worked for Pepper Construction for over 20 years, most recently as a superintendent. He was an avid fisherman and a devout Cubs fan. Andy was a simple man who enjoyed life and loved his family. He was always willing to stop and help a stranger.

He is survived by his daughter Taylor; his mother Ellen; his stepmother Dolly; his siblings Patti (Brian) Kagebein & Tim Jamieson; his nieces Megan (Tyler) Pera & Rachel Kagebein; and his former wife Heather.

He was preceded in death by his father Dennis.

A visitation will be held Friday, February 5, 2021, at Hultgren Funeral Home , 304 N. Main St., Wheaton, IL 60187 from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Due to current public health restrictions, only 50 visitors allowed in the building at one time. All are asked to wear a face covering and respect social distancing guidelines.
