Andre Wallace's Obituary
Andre Wallace, age 47, a resident of Carol Stream, IL, died Friday, October 26, 2012, at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, IL. He was born September 30, 1965 in Chicago, IL to Percy Foster and Janie M. Wallace.
Andre was a substance abuse counselor and worked within habilitative services.
He is survived by his wife, Quinzola Coleman-Wallace; his sons, Andre Zachary Wallace and Travis Xavier Wallace; his step-sons, Donovan Coleman and Xavier Coleman; his grandmother, Mattie Jelks; his brothers, Walter E. Wallace of Madison, WI, Gregory Wallace of Janeville, WI, Derrick Wallace of Madison, WI, and Percy Foster Jr of Chicago, IL; and his sister, Sarah R. (Bill) Moore of Bellwood, IL.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Betty Carroll Wallace; and his brother, Julius Wallace.
A visitation will be held Saturday, November 3, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of a funeral service to be held at 11:00 a.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., in Wheaton, IL. Visiting will continue after the service until 1:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be directed to the family.
