Alice M. Dauchy's Obituary
Alice M. Dauchy, age 79, a resident of Wheaton, died Thursday, November 5, 2009 at home. She was born on October 2, 1930 in Ottawa, IL to William and Mabel Cairns.
Alice was an active member of Wheaton Bible Church for 42 years. She loved to travel and spent winters in Florida. She enjoyed activities with her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Charles Roger Dauchy, three children, Gary (Lynn) Dauchy of Batavia, Gordon (Barbara) Dauchy of Eagan, MN, and Gail (Dan) Spradley of Aurora, 7 grandchildren, Kristin, Karin, Laura, Megan, Alyssa, Luke, and Bryan, one great-grandson, Ryan, and 2 sisters, June Stevenson and Lorraine Kalb.
She was preceded in death by her son, Paul, her parents, and her brother, Robert Cairns.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, November 8, from 3 to 7 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St. in Wheaton. A funeral service will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. at Wheaton Bible Church, 27W500 North Ave., West Chicago, IL 60185.
Interment will be held privately at Wheaton Cemetery.
Memorials may be directed to Wheaton Bible Church Missions Fund.
