Albert L. Adelizzi, age 78, a resident of Windsor Park Manor in Carol Stream, and a longtime resident of Chicago, died Wednesday, June 22, at Windsor's Johnson Healthcare Center. He was born September 16, 1926 in Chicago.

Albert is the beloved husband of Helen Heise (nee Petrovic); the cherished father of John (Cora) Adelizzi, Monica (Pete) Connelly, Mary (Tom) Panik; fond grandfather of Mary, James, Theresa, Joseph, and Margaret Connelly, and Julia and Bernadette Panik.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann (nee Halambeck).

A visitation will be held on Friday, June 24, from 3-9 P.M. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., in Wheaton. A funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday at the Mary Seat of Wisdom, 920 W. Granville Ave., in Park Ridge. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, in River Grove.
