Stuart James Soneson, age 52, a resident of Katharine Manor in Naperville, died suddenly on Thursday, January 3, at Edward Hospital in Naperville, Illinois. He was born August 16, 1960 in Cedar Falls, Iowa to John and Gloria Soneson. Stuart grew up in Jamestown, New York and went on to graduate from Bethel College in St. Paul, MN. He also completed additional education at the University of Minnesota, earning a degree in Architecture. He has a twenty year career in Architecture design specializing in Healthcare. Despite his physical limitations, he was an inspiration for all he accomplished with his positive attitude, his personal drive, and his life of faith. He had a passion for sports, especially football and baseball. He enjoyed the water and sailing. He was a great friend with a great sense of humor. He recently moved from Minneapolis, where he was a member of Wooddale Church. Most recently he has attended Wheaton Bible Church. He is survived by his parents, Rev. Dr. John and Gloria Soneson of Carol Stream, brother, Stephen (Kathy) Soneson of Winfield, and a sister, Sara Soneson of St. Anthony, MN, and nieces and nephew, Kristen, Tim (Ashley), and Ali. A visitation will be held at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 North Main Street, Wheaton, IL on Thursday, January 10th from 4:30 to 8:00 pm. A funeral service will be held at the Hultgren Funeral Home at 11:00 am Friday, January 11th.  Interment will follow at Wheaton Cemetery.
